We opened in downtown Jersey City with one conviction: that India's electric street food culture deserved its own stage on the Hudson waterfront. Every dish carries that founding spirit.
Why Tapas? Why Not.
Indian street food was always meant to be shared — passed around, debated over, endlessly reordered. We leaned into that spirit fully, so samosa sliders sit right next to bao buns and Vada Pav.

We source fresh ingredients daily and prepare our chutneys and sauces from scratch each morning — because bold flavor starts long before the first order comes in.
